TO ACCEPT 1.46 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, OF LAND PURCHASED FROM THELMA MAHR AT 4307 JOHNSTOWN ROAD

Body

WHEREAS, the City purchased 1.46 acres, more or less of land from Thelma Mahr under authority of Ordinance No. 206-96; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary for this Council to accept this land as the final step of land acquisition;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts 1.46 acres, more or less, of land purchased from Thelma Mahr and known as 4307 Johnstown Road, more particularly described in General Warranty Deed, attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
