TITLE
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY OF GAHANNA BUILDING AND ZONING FEE SCHEDULE
BODY
WHEREAS, on August 1, 2022, the City Council last amended the Building and Zoning fee schedule through ORD-0038-2022; and
WHEREAS, the Administration proposes revising the Building and Zoning fee schedule to account for process changes associated with the updated Zoning Code (ORD-0007-2024); and
WHEREAS, changes are required for Development Plan and Preliminary Plat fees, Fence and Floodplain permits, and adding the Master Sign Permit fee to the schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Building and Zoning fee schedule is hereby amended and adopted as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon final passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
