TO ACCEPT THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 460 WATERBURY COURT; HOLIDAY INN & SUITES, STAR GROUP LTD.; APPLICANT
Body
Whereas, Star Group Ltd., 251 Crossing Creek Road, Gahanna, Ohio, 43230, has submitted to the City the Final Development Plan for property consisting of approximately 1.8 acres located at 460 Waterbury Court; and
Whereas, Planning Commission, on March 11, 1998, after study and review, has recommended to Council the approval of this Final Development Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Holiday Inn & Suites Final Development Plan, consisting of 1.8 acres located at 460 Waterbury Court, meets all requirements of the Planned Unit Development zoning approved by the City in prior actions.
Section 2. That the City Engineer has certified that Holiday Inn & Suites will meet all requirements of storm water and design requirements for adequate on-site drainage and the ability to accept runoff from land tributary to the development.
Section 3. That said Final Development Plan is attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A and made a part herein.
Section 4. That the developer shall meet the requirements of Chapter 913, Landscaping Requirements, and Section 1167.20, Property Perimeter Requirements, of the Codified Ordinances of Gahanna.
Section 5. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
