SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Miscellaneous Payroll

Body

WHEREAS, the new salary ordinances have been adopted, and it is necessary to appropriately funds to cover increases through the end of this fiscal year;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO;

Section 1.  That the amount of One Hundred Sixty-one Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($161,500) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund as directed in EXHIBIT A, attached, and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That Ordinance No. 1-98, passed January 2, 1998 is hereby amended to reflect the herein supplemental appropriation and transfer of funds.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and approval by the Mayor.
