TO AMEND CODE CHAPTER 1135, DISTRICTS AND ZONING MAP, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, as a result of changes to Chapter 1150, a review of Chapter 1135 was warranted; and

WHEREAS, Planning Commission reviewed Chapter 1135 after an initial rewrite by the Planning and Zoning Administrator and the Council office; and

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed Chapter 1135 and made recommendations to Council on September 14, 2011;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That Chapter 1135, Districts and Zoning Map, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That existing Chapter 1135, Districts and Zoning Map, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
