TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FROM CONTINENTAL EAGLE IV, LLC AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY AT 1250 NORTH HAMILTON ROAD CURRENTLY KNOWN AS GIANT EAGLE, TO BE USED FOR SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT

WHEREAS, Deeds of Easement for strips of land on the Giant Eagle property located at 1250 N. Hamilton Road have been received from Continental Eagle IV, LLC; and
WHEREAS, this land is for the purpose of a sanitary sewer easement; and
WHEREAS, said Deeds of Easement were recorded on December 21, 2001, by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said Deeds of Easement are ready for acceptance by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Continental Eagle IV, LLC, for strips of land to be used for sanitary sewer easement purposes at Giant Eagle, 1250 N. Hamilton Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A and EXHIBIT B attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
