TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR SIDEWALKS IN THE ROYAL MANOR AREA; FROM VARIOUS PROPERTY OWNERS.

WHEREAS, five easements for constructing and using a sidewalk in any part of said easement with the right of public access to said easement for the use of said sidewalk, were obtained in 1962 and 1963 from various property owners; and
WHEREAS, said sidewalk easements were recorded on March 19, 1964 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said sidewalk easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Charles A. & Vivian A. Hilliker, Tommie J. & Barbara J. Wallace, Paul & Carol Jackson, Palmage & Delores J. Hall and David Frederick & Mary V. Robey, for sidewalk purposes in Royal Manor, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through E attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
