TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT FROM THE RESIDENCES AT CENTRAL PARK, LLC.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Deed of Easement from The Residences at Central Park, LLC for sanitary sewer purposes; and
WHEREAS, this deed of easement was recorded by the Franklin County Recorder's office on October 25, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of this easement to be $24,150; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to accept this Deed of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the DEED OF EASEMENT for the purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining, or replacing a sanitary sewer and appurtenant works thereto; said Deed of Easement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
