WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City of Gahanna to involve the Community Improvement Corporation in the redevelopment of Olde Gahanna and the development of Creekside; and

WHEREAS, an agreement is needed to formalize the process to be undertaken in this development and redevelopment;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That the Mayor is authorized to enter into agreement with the Community Improvement Corporation, for the development and redevelopment of the area known as Creekside, in accordance with City specifications and agreement attached hereto as EXHIBIT A.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
