WHEREAS, we are being billed our share of the deficit accumulated over the last three years and is based on year 2000 funding; and

WHEREAS, the Central Ohio Health Care Consortium is billing every member community based on a formula stipulated in our contract;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That the amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY ONE DOLLARS ($122,661) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated Balance of the General fund to the following Accounts:
