AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORD-113-2020 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES FOR PERSONNEL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2021 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2021; WAIVING SECOND READING.

WHEREAS, the Administration is recommending a number of changes to the salary Ordinance passed by ORD-113-2020; and
WHEREAS, a summary of those changes are outlined in the attached report and reflected in the attached Salary Ordinances for the Personnel of the City of Gahanna.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the 2021 Salary Ordinance for Personnel of the City of Gahanna, is hereby enacted as described in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That the second reading is hereby waived.
Section 3. That any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
