Title

TO ACCEPT A WARRANTY DEED FOR 8.962 ACRES OF LAND; NOW A PART OF THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE; FROM ELIZABETH PIZZURRO.

Body

WHEREAS, a warranty deed for 8.962 acres of land from Elizabeth Pizzurro was executed on March 30, 1983; and

WHEREAS, said warranty deed was recorded on May 6, 1983 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and

WHEREAS, said warranty deed was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts the Warranty Deed from Elizabeth Pizzurro, for industrial purposes and know a part of The Industrial Zone, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
