SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION- ODNR Wildlife Education Grant.

WHEREAS, the City has been awarded a $500 Wildlife Education Grant from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources; and
WHERAS, the grant is designed to support wildlife related education projects and programs; and
WHEREAS, the funds were unplanned and currently unappropriated and unencumbered, and to move the funds to the appropriate account requires a supplemental appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated/unencumbered balance of the General Fund to the Recreation Materials & Supplies account 10108320.5300.
Section 2. That ORD-0010-2019, passed January 29, 2019, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
