TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH CCS SYSTEMS, INC. FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE PROGRAM FOR FUEL STATION INTERFACING, AND TO SUPPLEMENTALLY APPROPRIATE $1,500

WHEREAS, a software program must be written so that the garage computer can automatically receive data from the fuel station computers, and to eliminate hand entries:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into agreement with CCS SYSTEMS, INC., 2200 Colonial Avenue #23, Norfolk, VA 23517, for development of software interfacing programing accordance with letter proposal dated May 11, 1998 and in accordance with City specifications.
Section 2. That the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to Account No. 101.512.5512, Capital Projects Equipment Garage, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That Ordinance No. 98001, passed January 2, 1998, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
