TO ACCEPT THE FINAL PLAT FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS MEADOWBROOKE GREEN; SHAWN LANNING, WATCON ENGINEERING, APPLICANT.

Body
WHEREAS, Watcon Engineering, 83 Shull Avenue, Gahanna, OH 43230, has submitted to the City a Final Plat for property consisting of 3.928 acres; and

WHEREAS, Planning Commission, on April 23, 2014, after study and review, has recommended to Council approval of the Final Plat;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That the Final Plat of Meadowbrooke Green, more particularly described as follows:

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Gahanna, Lot 39 of Section 3, Township 1, United States Military Lands and being a resubdivision lots 1 through 8 of Meadowbrooke subdivision, Plan Book 111 pg 53, consisting of a 3.928 acre residue tract as originally conveyed to BROOKEWOOD CONSTRUCTION CO. INC., by deed of record in Instrument Number 200706070099642 and being a vacation of two portions of Grand Ridge Court, said portions being 0.1008 acre and 0.0047 acre respectively, being of record in the Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio

be and the same are hereby accepted and confirmed, subject to all requirements as set out in Chapter 1107, 1109, 1193 and 1195 of the Codified Ordinances of Gahanna, Ohio.

Section 2. That Meadowbrooke Green, consisting of 3.928 acres, is consistent and in conformity with the Residential Overlay District Plan as approved by the City in prior actions.

Section 3. That the City Engineer has certified that Meadowbrooke Green will meet all requirements of storm water and design requirements for adequate on-site drainage and the ability to accept runoff from land tributary to the development.

Section 4. That said Final Plat for Meadowbrooke Green is attached to this Ordinance as EXHIBIT A and made a part herein.
