WHEREAS, Michael L. Helman has sold 18.225 acres of his property on Price Road to the City of Gahanna for parkland purposes; and
WHEREAS, a General Warranty Deed has been signed to the City of Gahanna, and recorded by the Franklin County Recorder on May 17, 2000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts General Warranty Deed from Michael L. Helman, for property located on Price Road, Gahanna, said deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
