TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE GAHANNA INDUSTRIAL PARK; FROM FRANKLIN STEEL COMPANY.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a water line and appurtenant works was obtained in 1975 from Franklin Steel Company; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on May 9, 1975 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Franklin Steel Company, for water line purposes in the Gahanna Industrial Park, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
