TO ACCEPT RIGHTS OF WAY ON JOHNSTOWN ROAD (U.S. ROUTE NO. 62) FROM WALTER H. WILKE, SR.

WHEREAS, as a result of the Mark D. Herman, et al. annexation, Walter H. Wilke, Sr., a participant in that annexation has deeded certain rights of way on Johnstown Road to the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts 0.146 acre, more or less, of land on Johnstown Road (U.S. Route No. 62) for the purpose of rights of way, said land more particularly described in General Warranty Deed, attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
