TO AMEND CHAPTER 919, WATER AND SEWER INTERNAL REVIEW BOARD, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service has reviewed Code Chapter 919 Water and Sewer Internal Review Board, and found that it needs several updates; and
WHEREAS, aside from minor grammatical changes, a change to the scheduling of appeal hearings is necessary as well as a change to issuances of waivers of penalties and credit requests;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 919, Water and Sewer Internal Review Board, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
