TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF GAHANNA AND ASEBROOK & CO. ARCHITECTS, LLC, FOR PLAN REVIEW SERVICES FOR 2015.

WHEREAS, the City is required to have in its employ or under contract, alternate personnel to serve in the event of a conflict of interest or the unavailability of the building official, plans examiner or inspector and the Chief Building Official and the Director of Development have recommended that we proceed with Asebrook & Co. Architects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Personal Services Contract with ASEBROOK & CO. ARCHITECTS, 454 East Main Street, Suite 236, Columbus, Ohio 43215, for plan review services for the City of Gahanna for 2015; contract attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That sufficient funds will be set aside in the 2015 Appropriations in Account No. 101.344.5246, Building, Contract Plan Review Services, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
