TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR CHANNEL PURPOSES ON TAYLOR STATION ROAD NEAR GAHANNA PARKWAY; FROM CHARLES RAYMOND AND ANNA MARIE SIMCOE.
Body
WHEREAS, a deed of easement for channel purposes on Taylor Station Road near Gahanna Parkway was obtained in 1973 from Charles Raymond and Anna Marie Simcoe; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Easement was recorded on May 31, 1973 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Charles Raymond and Anna Marie Simcoe, for constructing, using and maintaining a channel in any part of the said strip, including the right to clean, repair and care for the said channel, together with the right of access to the said strip for the said purposes, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
