TO ENACT CHAPTER 931, GAHANNA COMPREHENSIVE RIGHT OF WAY, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF GAHANNA, TO PROVIDE FOR COMPREHENSIVE RIGHT OF WAY POLICY IN THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, a consultant, pursuant to Council authorization, has developed a procedure for comprehensive right of way in the City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to enact this legislation at the earliest possible date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 931, Gahanna Comprehensive Right of Way, of the Codified Ordinances of Gahanna, is hereby enacted as shown in EXHIBIT A, attached to this ordinance and made a part herein.
Section 2. That Title Nine, Streets and Public Services Code, is hereby amended to reflect this new Chapter.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
