TO REPEAL ORDINANCE 990223, PASSED JUNE 21, 1999, FINAL PLAT FOR HARRISON POND, THE VILLAGES AT ROCKY FORK, SECTION 10, PART 1.

WHEREAS, Evans, Mechwart, Hambleton and Tilton, 170 Mill Street,Gahanna, Ohio 43230, submitted and had approved a Final Plat known as Harrison Pond, The Villages at Rocky Fork, Section 10, Part 1 for property consisting of a portion of two preliminary plats; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has stated that the combination of two preliminary plats into one final plat does not meet the requirements of Section 1105.05(e)(1) of the Codified Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission, on August 11, 1999, after study and review has recommended to Council the repeal of Ordinance 990223;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CONCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Ordinance 990223, Final Plat for Harrison Pond, The Villages at Rocky Fork, Section 10, Part 1, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
