TO AMEND SECTION 751.04, CONDITIONS OF SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE, AND OPERATION, OF CHAPTER 751, CABLE SYSTEM, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF GAHANNA, OHIO

WHEREAS, with the creation of the position of Deputy Director of Public Service, the duties of the Cable Advisory Board were reviewed and changes are recommended by the Administration; and
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed these changes and feels that these changes should be implemented; and
WHEREAS, changes to Chapter 150, Cable Advisory Board, necessitate changes to Section 751.04 of the Codified Ordinances,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 751.04, Conditions of System Construction, Maintenance and Operation, of Chapter 751, Cable System, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna is hereby amended in accordance with EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Section 751.04, Conditions of System Construction, Maintenance and Operation, of Chapter 751, Cable System, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
