TO ACCEPT WATER LINE, STREET AND STORM SEWER, IMPROVEMENT NO. 706, AND SANITARY SEWER, IMPROVEMENT NO. 707; AND APPURTENANCES THERETO; IN HARRISON POND, THE VILLAGES AT ROCKY FORK, SECTION 9.
Body
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1105.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, the City Engineer has certified in writing that the improvements of the water line, street, and storm sewer, Improvement No. 706, and sanitary sewer, Improvement no. 707; and appurtenances thereto, in Harrison Pond, The Villages at Rocky Fork, Section 9, are completed and approved or that a bond or other surety has been furnished assuring construction and initial maintenance of all required improvements; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the improvements of the water line, street, and storm sewer, Improvement No. 706, and sanitary sewer, Improvement no. 707, and appurtenances thereto, in Harrison Pond, The Villages at Rocky Fork, Section 9, are hereby accepted.
Section 2. That a Street Tree Plan as required under Section 913.13 has been approved by the City Landscape Board.
Section 3. That, this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
