SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION, Consultant, Cable/Right of Way
Body
WHEREAS, work has progressed with the consultants for development of a new cable franchise, and it is desirable to pursue more detail on this study as well to explore rights of way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO;
Section 1. That additional funding for contract authorized under Ordinance No. 244-97 with City Telecommunications Consultants, Ltd., is hereby authorized and an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of The General Fund to Account No. 101.111.5415, Council, Special Council Contingency, to cover the extension of this contract.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 980001, passed January 2, 1998, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and approval by the Mayor.
