WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented deed to the Council Office for acceptance and filing in the permanent Deed files;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts the Deed for roadway purposes for .434 acre, more or less, from Donald R. Kenney, said Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date signature of approval by the Mayor.
