TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 111, CLAYCRAFT ROAD SANITARY SUBTRUNK; FROM VARIOUS PROPERTY OWNERS.

WHEREAS, three easements for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer were obtained in 1969 from various property owners; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on March 17 & 18, 1969 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from The City of Columbus, and The Columbus Clay Manufacturing Company, for Sewer Improvement No. 111, Claycraft Road Area Sanitary Sub-Trunk Sewer, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through C attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
