TO ACCEPT A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FROM TRIANGLE PROPERTIES, INC., TO BE USED AS RIGHT OF WAY FOR 0.747 ACRE AND 2.843 ACRES LOCATED ON MORSE ROAD.

WHEREAS, negotiations have been made for certain right of way road widening and improvements; and
WHEREAS, a General Warranty Deed has been received from Triangle Properties, Inc., and it is necessary and desirable to accept this Deed at the earliest possible date; and
WHEREAS, said deed was recorded with the Franklin County recorder on November 21, 2001;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts GENERAL WARRANTY DEED granted by TRIANGLE PROPERTIES, INC., for right of way on Morse Road, said Deed more particularly described in EXHIBIT A, which is attached to this ordinance and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
