Easement - Clarman Heights Inc

Title

TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON JONSOL COURT; FROM CLARMAN HEIGHTS INC.

Body

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a storm sewer was obtained in 1969 from Clarman Heights Inc; and

WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on September 24, 1969 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and

WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Clarman Heights Inc, for utility purposes on Jonsol Court said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
