WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Deed of Easement from George W. Weber, Jr. and the City needs to accept it; and
WHEREAS, the deed was recorded at the Franklin County Recorder's office on September 19, 2008;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this Deed of Easement for 2.731 acres from George W. Weber, Jr. said Easement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
