TO NAME THE STREET BEING CONSTRUCTED UNDER IMPROVEMENT NO. 712, CONNECTING SILVER LANE TO BEECHER ROAD, BEECHER CROSSING.
Body
WHEREAS, a street proposed to be built in the development and growth of the area north of the intersection of Hamilton Road and U.S.
Route No. 62 has heretofore been unnamed; and
WHEREAS, as we progress to the actual building and funding, it is necessary and desirable to name this street; and
WHEREAS, the developer has recommended a specific name;
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the unnamed street, Improvement No. 712, being built connecting Silver Lane to Beecher Road, and as shown in the Triangle South Development Plan, is hereby named BEECHER CROSSING.
Section 2. That the boundaries of this street are more particularly described in descriptions prepared by Frank C. Long, P.S. 6615, for 0.140 acre tract and 0.274 acre tract, and are attached to this ordinance, along with a map, as EXHIBIT A.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
