WHEREAS, the City was presented with a Limited Warranty Deed from Bonita25 Real Estate Investors LLC, for property located at 471 North Hamilton Road for parkland; and
WHEREAS, this deed is for 1.983 acres more or less, and the City Engineer has determined the value of the land to be $324,720; and
WHEREAS, this deed was recorded at the Franklin County Recorders Office on September 11, 2013; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Limited Warranty Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Limited Warranty Deed from Bonita25 Real Estate Investors LLC, for 1.983 acres, more or less, for parkland at 471 North Hamilton Road for the Hamilton Road Apartments development; said Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
