WHEREAS, the Finance Department recently found that a deposit made in 2012 went to the wrong account and they need to correct that by depositing the funds into the correct account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of THIRTY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTEEN DOLLARS & SIXTY CENTS ($39,418.60) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Street Fund to Account No. 220.330.5943, Transfer to Permissive Tax Fund.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of THIRTY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTEEN DOLLARS & SIXTY CENTS ($39,418.60) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Transfer to Permissive Tax Fund to the Permissive Tax Fund Account.
Section 3. That ORD-0001-2014, passed January 2, 2014, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
