AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - CARES Act

WHEREAS, the City received an additional $551,288.91 in Coronavirus Relief Funds through the CARES Act; and
WHEREAS, additional supplemental appropriations are requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That an amount of FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT DOLLARS AND NINETY ONE CENTS ($551,288.91) be and is hereby supplementally appropriated to accounts listed in Exhibit A.
Section 2. That the second reading is hereby waived.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
