TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR THE 2003 FISCAL YEAR WITH NORTH CENTRAL MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, INC. TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE JUVENILE COURT DIVERSION PROGRAM.

WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Administration that it is desirable to enter into contract with North Central Mental Health Services, Inc., for the Juvenile Court Diversion Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Contract with North Central Mental Health Services, Inc. to provide services to the Juvenile Court Diversion Program, said contract attached as EXHIBIT A, and made a part hereto.
Section 2. That the amount of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000) has been appropriated in the 2003 appropriations to account number 101.151.5409, Mayors Court, Juvenile Diversion Program, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
