TO AMEND SECTION 145.02, THOROUGHFARE PLAN, OF CHAPTER 145 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, as required by this chapter, the Thoroughfare Plan was reviewed and a revised plan has been adopted; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission reviewed and recommended adoption of the revised plan to Council; and
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed and adopted the revised Thoroughfare Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 145.02, Thoroughfare Plan, of Chapter 145, Planning Commission, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna is hereby amended as follows:
Section 145.02 THOROUGHFARE PLAN.
(a) The Thoroughfare Plan, August 29, 2001, by EMH&T, Inc., was adopted by ORD-0233-2001 on November 19, 2001 to be a part of the 1977-78 Master Plan Update.
(b) Said Thoroughfare Plan shall be updated every five years.
Section 2. That any ordinance or partial ordinance in conflict herewith, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
