TO CREATE SECTION 1151.15, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS, OF CHAPTER 1151, PLANNED DISTRICTS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, at the request of the Zoning Administrator and the Director of Development, the Planning Commission has reviewed the recreation of a section of code regarding Planned Unit Development Districts; and
WHEREAS, the regulation of Planned Unit Development Districts was mistakenly deleted from the code upon the rewriting of Chapter 1151, Planned Districts, several years ago; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission recommended said code change to Council on October 24, 2001; and
WHEREAS, Council held Public Hearing on December 17, 2001, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 1151.15, Planned Unit Development Districts, of Chapter 1151, Planned Districts, is hereby created as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
