AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Sale of Assets.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from the sale of capital assets; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate account requires a supplemental appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of three thousand four hundred twenty-one dollars and zero cents ($3,421.00) from the General Fund 1010 be and is hereby appropriated to account number 1011.0110.5510 - Capital Equipment, Police.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
