TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SIDEWALK PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN ROYAL MANOR; FROM HARRY CLAYTON AND CHARLENE M TWEEDY.

WHEREAS, a deed of easement for sidewalk purposes was obtained in 1964 from Harry Clayton and Charlene M. Tweedy; and
WHEREAS, said deed of easement was recorded on May 1, 1964 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said sidewalk easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Harry Clayton and Charlene M. Tweedy for sidewalk purposes, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
