TO AUTHORIZE THE  MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH CLYDE E. WILLIAMS & ASSOCIATES; TO SUPPLEMENTALLY APPROPRIATE $16,900 THEREFOR

Body

WHEREAS, proposal has been received under date of  July 22, and has been recommended to this Council by the City Engineer;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Contract with CLYDE E. WILLIAMS & ASSOCIATES, INC., 130 East Wilson Bridge Road, Suite 025, Worthington, Ohio 43085, for construction engineering and inspection on the Morrison/Waterbury Intersection Improvements, Improvement No. 703, in accordance with City specifications.

Section 2.  That the amount of  Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($16,900) is hereby supplementally appropriated from The General Fund to Account No. 101.145.5541, Capital Projects, Streets.

Section 3.  That Ordinance No. 980001, passed January 2, 1998, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.

Section 4.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
