TO CREATE CHAPTER 735, CREEKSIDE ISLAND PEDDLER, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, this Council and administration wishes to regulate and control the number and type of peddler businesses operated in the area known as Creekside Park; and
WHEREAS, this Council and administration additionally wishes to regulate said businesses in order to protect the natural environment of the island and walkway areas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. The Chapter 735, Creekside Island Peddler, of Part 7, Business Regulation Code, of the Codified Ordinances of Gahanna, is hereby created.
Section 2. That any ordinance, or partial ordinance, in conflict herewith, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
