TO AMEND CHAPTER 1152, OVERLAY  DISTRICTS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, Council has recommended that the Planning Commission review Chapter 1152, Overlay Districts, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, and recommend updates as necessary; and

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed Chapter 1152 and made recommendations to address the changing character and needs of the City of Gahanna;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That Chapter 1152, Overlay Districts, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna is hereby amended in accordance with EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That existing Chapter 1152, Overlay Districts, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herein, are hereby repealed. 

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
