TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR PRIVATE SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 124, JOHNSTOWN ROAD STYGLER ROAD SANITARY SEWER; FROM VARIOUS PROPERTY OWNERS.
Body
WHEREAS, two easements for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer and a storm sewer were obtained in 1969 from various property owners; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on November 10, 1969 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Ralph E. & Charlene G. Margarum, and ITT Continental Baking Company, for Private Sewer Improvement No. 124, Johnstown Road Stygler Road Area Sanitary Sewer, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A and B attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
