Title

TO AMEND TITLE ONE, PLATTING AND SUBDIVISIONS, OF PART ELEVEN,  PLANNING AND ZONING CODE, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Department has recommended a code change to Title One of Part Eleven of the Planning and Zoning Code; and

WHEREAS, Planning Commission heard the proposed amendment on June 8, 2011, and has recommended approval to Council;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That Title One of Part Eleven of the Planning and Zoning Code is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2. That existing Title One of Part Eleven of the Planning and Zoning Code, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.

Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
