TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT IN VARIOUS SECTIONS OF CHERRY RUN FOR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UTILITY PURPOSES; FROM WILLIAM C AND LAURA E REESE AND NATIONWIDE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY.

WHEREAS, easements for construction, operation and maintenance of public and private utilities above and beneath the surface of the ground were obtained in 1977 and 1978 from William C. and Laura E. Reese, and Nationwide Development Company; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on April 18, 1977, January 26, 1978 and April 28, 1978 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from William C. and Laura E. Reese, and Nationwide Development Corporation, for public and private utility purposes in various areas of Cherry Run, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through C attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
