SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Various Expense Accounts

WHEREAS, when damage occurs to City vehicles or street lights, the repairs are paid out of our current appropriations; and
WHEREAS, when the City receives the insurance payments for damage from unforeseen accidents, we want the insurance payments to end up in the expense accounts that paid for the repairs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the following supplemental appropriations are hereby authorized as listed in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2014, passed January 2, 2014, is hereby amended to reflect these supplemental appropriations.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
