TO AMEND SECTION 1163.02, MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES; AND SECTION 1163.08, INTERIOR LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS, OF CHAPTER 1163, PARKING REGULATIONS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, in reviewing this section of code, the Zoning Administrator presented to Planning Commission changes regarding landscaping requirements and parking requirements; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission has reviewed, initiated changes, and recommended said changes to City Council; and
WHEREAS, Council held Public Hearing on October 16, 2000, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 1163.02, Minimum Number of Parking Spaces, of Chapter 1163, Parking Regulations, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That Section 1163.08, Interior Landscaping Requirements, of Chapter 1163, Parking Regulations, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT B, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 3. That existing Section 1163.02, Minimum Number of Parking Spaces, and Section 1163.08, Interior Landscaping Requirements, of Chapter 1163, Parking Regulations, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, is hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
