WHEREAS, Mayor's Court would like to start taking credit card payments for fines, costs and bonds; and

WHEREAS, funds are needed to pay the bank charges for the balance of this year;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That funding in the amount of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated, unencumbered balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.151.5241, Mayor's Court, Credit Charges, to cover the herein costs.

Section 2.  That ORD-0001-2001, passed January 2, 2001, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
