SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - D.A.R.E. Program (Gift Distribution)

WHEREAS, a very generous gift has been donated to the City of Gahanna for use by the Gahanna Police Department in their D.A.R.E. Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to Account No. 101.211.5414, Police, Crime Prevention/DARE
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 1-98, passed January 2, 1998, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
